Rugby is our home town. Our office is at Davy Court on Central Park, which makes this the one area where you can walk in and talk to us face to face.
Everywhere else we cover, you deal with us by phone. In Rugby you can come in. If something goes wrong on a shift, or you want to talk about hours, there is a person here rather than a voice on the end of a line.
Rugby is compact, and the villages around it are close together. That matters more than it sounds: less of your day is spent driving between visits, and more of it is spent actually with the person you are supporting.
Home visits across the town and the surrounding villages, and shifts in care homes locally.
Coverage depends on the support needed and our current staffing, so we will tell you honestly what we can offer near your address rather than promising hours we cannot fill.
Driving helps here, particularly for the villages, but the town itself is manageable without a car and we will match you to work you can actually get to.
