Northamptonshire sits just over the border from Rugby. We recruit across the county, from Northampton itself out to the smaller towns and villages.
This is the most spread-out area we cover. Between Daventry, Towcester, Brackley and the villages, journeys are longer than anywhere else on our patch. We build realistic travel time into rotas rather than pretending it does not exist, and we would rather tell you honestly what we can offer near you than promise hours you would spend in the car.
Northamptonshire was split into West Northamptonshire and North Northamptonshire. They are separate authorities with separate adult social care teams. Which one covers an address decides who you contact about a safeguarding concern.
Home visits across the county, and shifts in care homes in the towns.
Coverage depends on the support needed and our current staffing, so we will tell you honestly what we can offer near your address rather than promising hours we cannot fill.
Driving matters most here. Without a car we can still offer work in Northampton itself, but the county roles realistically need one.
