Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) — Care Homes, Rugby & Coventry

We are recruiting registered nurses for shifts in care homes across Rugby and Coventry. We welcome both adult nurses (RGN) and registered mental health nurses (RMN), and we match you to placements that fit your registration and the needs of the homes we support.

Who this is for

• Registered General Nurses (RGN) and Registered Mental Nurses (RMN)
• You hold a current NMC registration with a valid PIN
• You want flexible shifts — days, nights or bank work — rather than a fixed rota, and the ability to say when you can and cannot work

How placements work

We supply nurses to care homes and healthcare settings, and we assign you according to what each client actually needs. Tell us your registration, your experience and the kind of setting you work best in, and we place you where that fits — rather than sending you somewhere that does not.

Pay

The rate is agreed at interview, and it depends on the placement. Unlike our care-assistant work, which is on a fixed hourly rate, nursing rates vary from one home or client to another — so we cannot quote a single figure that would hold for every shift. What we can promise is that we confirm the exact rate with you before you accept anything: you will never be asked to commit to a shift without knowing what it pays.
